So fed up with BT

British Telecom upgraded our system and it has been non operational ever since, we are now 36 hours without e-mail and the internet connection keeps dropping in and out all the time. Their customer service desk/problem resolution is appalling!

  1. eclectic-scriptorium answered: BT is beyond appalling. So glad I don’t have to deal with that poor excuse for a telephone company anymore.
